Clear terms, before you pay anything
The same terms for everyone, and no hidden fees or penalties.

| Holding a bed | A ₹2,000 UPI token holds a bed for 3 days. It's adjusted against your first month's rent, and refunded if verification fails. |

| Minimum stay | 6 months |
| Notice period | 30 days |
| Rent payment | Monthly by UPI autopay |
| Moving out | A joint inspection with photos on your last day. Deposit settled within 7 days. Deductions only for damage beyond normal wear, compared against your move-in photos. |
